GUYCLAUDE is a singer, songwriter, musician, and producer.

When asked “How do you care for yourself?” he responded: “The best thing I’ve done is find little pockets to just let myself go. Music is pretty much my main means of release and creative movement, but sometimes just sitting and enjoying stillness is what gets me through. Sometimes it’s sleep (and sometimes I sleep too much!) and other days is just going outside and just being. Just being. Reminding myself that the current moment it’s okay to just be. Breathe in it. Sit in it. Maybe take a shower and just stand in that presence.

We usually forget how important standing still is in a polar world like this. But it’s okay. Like all things are meant to be.”
